Investigation Leads to Methamphetamine Arrest
McDonough Co. Sheriff Rick VanBrooker and Blandinsville Police Chief Justin Lundgren report that an ongoing investigation into Methamphetamine lead to the arrest of a Blandinsville woman on Tuesday morning. McDonough County Sheriff’s Deputies along with Blandinsville and Macomb Police Officers arrested Erica A. Horn, 28, of 225 S. Bushnell St., Blandinsville, IL. for the Possession of Methamphetamine Under 5 Grams and Possession of Methamphetamine Paraphernalia.
The joint investigation found that Horn was receiving Crystal Methamphetamine illegally through the U.S. Mail. She was arrested in front of her residence. A subsequent search revealed the methamphetamine smoking paraphernalia.
The investigation continues.
ALL SUSPECTS ARE CONSIDERED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT IN A COURT OF LAW.
