Blandinsville Man Arrested on Multiple Charges

McDonough County Sheriff Rick VanBrooker and Blandinsville Police Chief Justin Lundgren report the arrest of Ian Henderson, 32 of Blandinsville. Henderson was arrested by Detectives April 18th, 2011 after officers and deputies were called in reference to a domestic abuse complaint against Henderson. An investigation was initiated, and led to Henderson’s subsequent apprehension. Henderson is charged with Domestic Battery and Unlawful Restraint. The charges stem from an investigation in which it was reported that he injured his wife during a domestic altercation and held her against her will at their apartment in Blandinsville. She was able to leave early Monday morning and summon law enforcement. Ian Henderson is held in the McDonough County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.
